Sin City Brewing Company due to open in Flamingo Las Vegas
By March 2009, the Flamingo Las Vegas will have the pleasure of welcoming their guests with the addition of a Sin City Brewing Company bar near the hotel’s entrance and its 15-acre pool. The bar will be the second of this relatively young, yet totally hip, new brewing company, and will feature bright red furnishings and multiple plasma screen televisions.
Sin City beers boasts themselves on capturing the Las Vegas experience and producing great taste, “using traditional methods, premium raw materials and a strict adherence to the Rheinheitsgebot, the 1516 German beer purity law that differentiates Sin City beers from the big guys.”
The beers are exclusive to Las Vegas and come in four distinct flavors: Weisse, Light, Amber or Stout. Weise features clove aroma and citrus undertones; a great summer beer. Light is, well, as the name implies, light beer. Amber is a micro-brewed lager with full-body malt character. The Stout is a traditional Irish Dry Stout, with coffee-like taste and hints of chocolate, and a very dry finish.
