Saving the earth don’t always have to a big leap that you need to be willing to take, the new UK project on a friendly future has innumerable tips on how to save the earth starting from your own home. Most of the newer generation is a contrasting mix of earth lovers and fashion followers; but now you really don’t need to take a number and wait in line, all you need to do is start saving mother earth with the help of a few tips from UK’s future friendly website! And the best part of all is that you don’t even need to make a lot of big changes in your life style.

Just think if everyone did their bit, little by little, it would end up as a lot – after all tiny drops of water makes an ocean, the same theory could be applied here as well. We just need to remember that nobody is insignificant or a burden for mother earth, all you need to do is keeping the faith and keep on saving it. I might sound like I’m teaching a sermon here, but talking about saving the mother earth really gets me pumped up!
There are hundreds of little tiny ways that that would really make a difference in your life. And no, I’m not talking about building for you an eco-friendly house, and buying yourself a hybrid and keeping your carbon footprint to an all time low. I’m referring to simpler things that we overlook in daily life.

It’s all about less waste, more reward so that we can leave for the next generation a better cleaner world. There are numerous ways which you could start looking at to reduce your wastage levels. All it takes is a bit of determination. Here are just four tips to get you started if you’re going through a creative block:
• Don’t waste water when bathing, remember to get in and out as fast as possible
• Make full use of your rain water, collect it and use it to water your plants
• Remember to turn off the extra lights and fans when you leave the room
• Remember to turn off the tap when you brush your teeth, this will help you save up an extra 9 liters of water

It’s about time we start to take these things seriously but then again – I don’t know someone who collects rain water for watering their plants. Some of the most popular pieces of advice are easy to be followed though – and won’t cause you any inconveniece at all. Take it easy on the plastic bags in supermarkets, for example – set aside 5 or 6 of them and use them longer. Just put one in your handbag and the others in your car. Once it becomes a habit, it’s not hard, really.
It’s easy to underestimate what we have until we lose it. If we were living in those parts of the world, where resources are scarce, we would treasure every drop of water and wouldn’t waste it.
I just hope these campaigns aren’t some of these fashionable things that are going to fade in an year or so…
