A luxury brand creating bespoke suits for their clients is nothing out of the ordinary. The better the quality of the material used and more lavish the detailing and accessories, the higher is the value of the suit.

Record Wool Bale

The fashion world has, recently, seen some of the most expensive suits that have been ever made brought to the elite class by Lora Piana. Their Record Bale line is good enough to rival some of the finest suits available.

The Record Bale Label is a result of Lora Piana sponsored world record competition which is an attempt to get sheep breeders to rear merino sheep to get the best quality wool. This competition which has been continuing for the past eleven years has resulted in some of the finest wools being created.

The wool that was got this year has beaten all records with its superior quality. The thread from the wool is expected to measure 10.9 microns which itself is a record. The fabric made from this wool will be used to make the finest suits that will be made available to select, exclusive clients.

Lora Piana will make these bespoke suits available to the clients who will be buying their suits from the present bale whose thread measures 11.4 microns and is the best fabric at present. The suits made from the most recently produced wool which will have a price tag that will be over $22,500 will be open to new clients only if the Lora Piana clients refuse to buy these new suits.

The clients are given the choice of getting their suits stitched at Lora Piana or another tailor. The fabric comes with the date and authenticity of the fabric on a special label. Lora Piana has made some of the most exclusive fabrics available to their elite clients who understand and expect nothing but the best.
