There are regular suites or concierge suites which offer access to an exclusive 12,000 square foot 23rd floor Concierge Lounge, with a full service Concierge team, plus private Concierge elevator. With this service you’ll also have a private check-in area, exclusive Business Center with internet access, as well as specialty pillows and baths.

Most luxurious of all is the Palazzo Concierge Siena, which is approximately 1,283 square feet in area with double entrance doors and an all Italian marble foyer. There is a plush king bed, 42” HDTV in the bedroom and 32” HDTV in the living room.
