Mohamed Hadid is a high-end real estate mogul, who’s real estate is actually, er, lowering in its height. The difference may only seem a ‘tiny’ $3.7 million to some, yet for a 12,000 square foot home with incredible Bali-inspired furnishings, this estate has truly become an affordable gem for some.

Artisans were brought in to handcraft many of the doors and other interior features in the home. There is a Jerusalem stone bridge over water at the front of the home, and imported bamboo and other exotic Asian woods throughout.

With doors “as thick as trees” and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the house is a masterpiece of fine exotic luxury, nestled in the comfort of Beverly Hills. There is, of course, a home theatre – with a bit of Bollywood vibe – and an infinity pool with unobstructed views.

Hadid is reputable for his development work for the Ritz-Carlton hotels, as well as a head-to-head purchasing battle with Donald Trump, in which he won, over a piece of land in Aspen in the 1990s.
