Many people dream of getting a job at a place where they’ll feel truly satisfied with the atmosphere and environment. Where they can wake up thinking, “God I love my job,” instead of something more similar to Tom Hanks in the opening of his 80s flick Joe Versus the Volcano (with Meg Ryan, fyi, though totally irrelevant to this post).

Well, if you get a job with Ferrari in Italy, then consider yourself one of the luckier people in this world. With a factory restaurant designed by renowed architect Marco Visconti, a wind tunnel section designed by Renzo Piano, and an assembly hall by Pulitzer Prize winning Jean Nouvel.

“Ferrari is not a car, it is a dream,” said Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, current President of Ferrari. “We wanted to renew Ferrari’s organization, to eliminate the division into series A and series B among our employees, and to maintain, not to lose, the spirit of Ferrari.”
