For the LushTraveler who is a fan of golf, Dubai, luxury (and Tiger Woods!), the Tiger Woods Dubai community development is said to be well worth the wait of its current construction, which developers say is progressing as expected, and will be compelted by the end of 2009.
The entire development consists of a world-class 18-hole golf course, boutique hotel designed by Elie Saab, and luxury residential community. Better hurry – to all the real estate investors out there. “Our redefined sales policy of allowing resale of properties has significantly contributed to the marked increase in interest from regional and international investors,” said Abdulla Al Gurg, Project Director.
