Lush Promotions: A Lamborghini with your Real Estate purchase
Only seven South of Fifth Miami oceanfront estates remain for sale, and developer Michael Samuel has decided what better way to give the buyer more incentive than to offer a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder FREE WITH PURCHASE.

Lamborghini Miami owner, Brett David said, “The fusion of Lamborghini Miami and South of Fifth provides what the luxury connoisseur is looking for from every aspect.”
South of Fifth is an urban community located south of Fifth Street. It boasts itself as an alternative to high-rise luxury living, with courtyard-style constructions, private elevators, open-air kitchens and smart living platforms. All with oceanfront.
Prices range between $6 to $8 million per estate. Options range from penthouses to beach villas, to three or four bedroom beachfront units with maids quarters. Areas between 2,500 to 6,200 square feet.
