A new addition to the Porsche line of luxury cars is out and like all their other ranges, this one too does not disappoint us one bit. This new introduction is however a limited edition for 2011 and is called the Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0

Now for the specs of this neat looking drive. This new limited edition gets its power to rev and speed from its six 4.0 flat engines. Although the engine does make the car a bit heavier than the 3.8 liter 911 GT3 RSR, it surely has a lot of power and speed. Another addition by the manufactures to enhance its performance is the carbon fiber seats, boot lid, carbon fiber fenders and the lightweight carpets that help it maintain its balance and weight. You don’t find any kind of change in the crankshaft the connecting rods as well as the forged pistons; they are exactly like its predecessor.

This particular limited edition Porsche was taken for a drive around the Nurburgring – Nordschliefe. Not so surprisingly it did perfectly well, and completed the track in an astonishing 7 mins 27 seconds, which is indeed handsome for a sports car.
