JetBoarding! Does seem like a sport that’s dangerous and only for those spirited and interested in some kind of extreme sports.
When you talk about kids and sports you’d only think of easy to do ones that can cause no harm to them. sports that are extreme and outrageous are ticked off the box. However for those who haven’t heard or known of what JetBoarding is will see one being made for kids by the Australian Company JetBoarder.

This is the first ever in the world and that too only meant for kids. This is called the Spirit and one of their new models, aimed at kids between 12 and 16 years of age. The Spirit JetBoarder for kids made it debutant appearance at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show that was held in Australia.
How fast can it go? Anything between 10-15 knots, which makes it amply safe for kids of that age to have fun and enjoy some water sports.
The good thing about it that its been kid approved and permitted as safe for them. The first kid to try the Spirit out was the World’s First kid JetBoarder, Eloise from Southport. She did mention that although the turns were tricky, it added to the fun, on an overall scale the JetBoarder was easy and simple for kids to use.

Jet Captain Chris Kanyaro mentioned that the inspiration to bring about the Spirit came when one of their customers mentioned that they wanted to take their kids out JetBoarding.
The Spirit has a range of safety features that kids can easily operate which is essential since this is a solo sport and has no room for any adult. However if you have kids between 12-14 years, and want to try the Spirit they should so, under adult supervision. On the whole the JetBoarder Spirit is what kids would love to try out.
