Terrell Owens reportedly bought this five-bedroom home for $3.9 million, had tried to sell it off for $3.4 million, yet nobody has yet made any offers. Now the home has been marked down to $2.96 million, and obviously not being sold for the purposes of making any profits.

Whether it was an unfortunate investment or unfortunate timing for the decision of a sale, only the market and time will tell. It’s possible that it is being highly undervalued and in a few years’ time this estate would be worth it’s original $3.9 million or even higher.

It’s a 5.7 acre estate in Moorestown, New Jersey, with three carparks and the rest of the usual features of a luxury home. Very high ceilings and elegant interior décor. There is a lot of classical Roman/Victorian inspired design throughout the home, all reflecting a lifestyle of luxury. What’s also really great about the home is the amount of large windows, plus the high ceiling, creating an abundance of bright natural lighting.
