The Wendy Playhouse is one such toy house which is built as a Christmas gift by a Swiss millionaire for his children. Built along the lines of their chalet in the Alps, the Swiss gentleman has pulled out all the stops to make this playhouse as luxurious and plush as possible.

The designer of Flights of Fantasy, Russell Bowlby has visited Switzerland to understand the climate and surroundings and designed the playhouse to suit the climate and environment. The playhouse features a large sitting area that has been done up with the most plush furniture, a fully furnished exclusive kitchen, two bedrooms and many more plush additions.

But the most striking feature of the playhouse is the under floor heating system fro the entire house and a chimney with LED lighting. This playhouse is considered to be the most expensive playhouse ever built.
