Seems like it’s the time to talk about the most expensive houses in the world! We told you about Antilia which is called the most expensive house in the world. A few days ago we mentioned about the most expensive homes in Asia that were up for grabs one in China and the other in Singapore. The focus now has shifted from Asia to the Northern American continent, Canada.

Canada’s Four Seasons condos and homes

Although you really cannot categorize it as a house, since it does fall under the condo section, this one in Canada that has sent many a people’s tongues wagging. It is the Four Seasons condo along with a few other residences are situated right on top floor of the west building at the Four Seasons. It indeed sounds like a grand location, spells class and sophistication. Imagine telling people you live in a condo above the Four Seasons! We are quite sure that it’s not just the magnificent location that drives up its price, there are other factors to it as well.

This is a suite that has a ceiling 12 feet high, unlike homes we are used to living in these days. The living space itself spreads to a humongous 9,038 sq ft with four terraces strategically placed at the corners of the house. Attached to it is also a staff residence primarily at the 26 floors east building, ideal for nannies and other staff members if you are one of those that take them along with you. The condo is heavenly priced at $28 million.

The two other towers of the building have around 210 residences sprawled across. You can spend some time at the hotel too if you would like since it occupies the first 20 floors. If you thought no one could afford such priceless homes, then think again, since almost 86 percent of it is already taken.
