The Shaboo restaurant goes alongside this restaurant and is a much more formal and fancy type of restaurant for people to enjoy. The Shaboo restaurant features a setting that is located right in the middle of the Bar Masa. It features a capacity of 52 and the menu works with a different amount of daily dishes. Each table around Shaboo has its own induction stove. This stove lets guests use a shabu shabu method of poaching meat. Also, the meats and fish are imported each day from Japan’s Shiga Prefecture and Tuskiji fish market.
